27 May 2024: UPDATE 28/05/2024: - RWE has made Nordseecluster Final investment Decision. Selected partners and roles include: Atlantique Offshore Energy, the maritime energy segment of Chantiers de l’Atlantique, will supply two offshore transformer substations. Hellenic Cables was selected for the cable manufacture. The foundations for the wind turbines will be manufactured by Dajin Offshore and will be installed at sea by Van Oord. Vestas will supply the wind turbines (type V236-15.0 MW), each with a capacity of 15 MW. Transport and installation of the wind turbines will be performed by Havfram Wind, using its installation vessels “Norse Wind” and “Norse Energi”. Update May 2023: FID for the Nordsee Cluster B projects expected in 2026. Update February 2023: Financial close for Nordsee Three and Delta projects (NSC-B) expected 2025. Expected Financial Close Nordsee Three/Delta.
