06 Sep 2024: Liivi Offshore OÜ, a subsidiary of Eesti Energia, has intiated the building permit process and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and the decision has been made to merge building permit procedures for Area 1 and Area 2. The EIA program must be submitted to the Consumer Protection and Technical Supervision Authority (TTJA) within 18 months, with a full EIA report due within 24 months of the decision after the decision to recognise the EIA program as meeting requirements.
