18 Mar 2024: The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) will publish a Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for this project. This will open a 45-day comment period ending 2nd May 2024 to identify any issues or potential alternative for the EIA. The consultation will occur over two virtual meetings and three in-person meeting. Virtual meetings will be carried out on 3rd and 16th April 2024, with the in-person consultations taking place on 9th, 10th and 11th April 2024.
