03 Jan 2023: The Minister of Infrastructure considered the proceedings regarding the issue of a permit for offshore wind farms in the area 53.E.1 unresolved. None of the applicants obtained the qualification minimum in the criterion of the proposed periods of permit validity, including the dates of commencement and completion of construction and operation of the project. The proposed schedules for the implementation of the project did not include the deadlines for obtaining a building permit and, at the same time, a ban on erecting and using artificial islands, structures and devices in the basin before the end of 2040. Given the applicable regulations, it is not possible to develop a feasible implementation schedule for a project that would obtain a permit in 2022 or 2023.
