Design envelope: • Maximum turbine height: 400 m • Maximum rated power: 25 MW • Maximum rotor diameter: 326 m • Number of substations: 1-2 (Stormskär), 1 (Väderskär) • Array cabling: 386.1 km (Stormskär), 87.1 km (Väderskär) • 43 km export cable corridor (combined within Åland's borders) • 66 kV to 130 kV array cabling • 220 HVAC substations (45x30x15 m) or 500 kV HVDC substations (80x35x35 m) Timeline: • Permit applications in 2024 • Detailed design and procurement 2026-2028 • Onshore construction 2029-2031 • Offshore construction 2030-2032 • COD in 2031/32
